Metalsmithing is a delightful combination of art, alchemy, and engineering. Throughout the years I have used my affinity for metal to express ideas with shape, dimension, form, color, and illustration. Starting with design I explore nature, feminism, and mythology.  

As an artist, I find we respond to the vibratory physics of all things. The striking combination of moonstone and silver. The  complex design and unique aspects with a complex construction of metal. I create rings, pendants, earrings, and pins as well as boxes, chalices and more.   My creative impulse is to share this beauty and communicate about the science and art combined in this creative process. Integrating Library and Laboratory, I love to create and share the magic of handmade pieces.
